Gujarati Dhokla is one dish I bank upon when I have unexpected guests or when kids have hunger pangs. This is easy to make with readily available ingredients & tastes delicious.

Semolina (Rava/Sooji) | 1 tablespoon |
Lemon juice | 1½ teaspoons |
Antacid Powder ( I have used Eno Fruit Salt) | 1 teaspoon |
Crushed Green Chilli & Ginger | 1 teaspoon |
Water | 3/4 cup |
Yogurt (Dahi) | 1/4 cup |
Oil (for greasing) | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | To Taste |

Curry Leaves | 1-2 |
Mustard Seeds | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cumin Seeds (optional) | 1/2 teaspoon |
Sesame Seeds (til) | 1 teaspoon |
Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
