A perfect meal always starts with a soup... My grand ma makes this often... It not only tastes good but has high nutritional value too..
And Recipe from grand ma's kitchen goes like this..
Ingredients
1. Beans - 20 grams
2. Potatoes - 20 grams
3. Spinach - 1 bunch
4. Tomatoes - 1 small
5. Pepper corn - 5 to 10
6. Bread - 1 Slice
7. Corn Puree - 2 Tablespoon
8. Corn flour - 2 Tablespoon
9. Butter - 1 Tablespoon
10. Salt - To taste
11. Garlic flakes - A few to add aroma & taste
Method -
1. Wash & dress the vegitables
2. Add water to vegies in the ratio of 3:1 & Boil the vegetables till water is reduced ti half
3. Now add pepper corn, Salt, Garlic Flakes & boil again
4. Once it reaches boiling point add corn puree & stir constantly
5. After the puree desolves completely; turn off flame & keep aside
6. Prepare croutons with bread & add to soup
7. Serve hot.
