
Gujarati Dhokla is one dish I bank upon when I have unexpected guests or when kids have hunger pangs. This is easy to make with readily available ingredients & tastes delicious.

| Gram Flour (Besan/Chickpea Flour) | 1 cup |
| Semolina (Rava/Sooji) | 1 tablespoon |
| Lemon juice | 1½ teaspoons |
| Antacid Powder ( I have used Eno Fruit Salt) | 1 teaspoon |
| Crushed Green Chilli & Ginger | 1 teaspoon |
| Water | 3/4 cup |
| Yogurt (Dahi) | 1/4 cup |
| Oil (for greasing) | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt | To Taste |

| Oil | 2 tablespoons |
| Curry Leaves | 1-2 |
| Mustard Seeds | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Cumin Seeds (optional) | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Sesame Seeds (til) | 1 teaspoon |
| Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
